Kenting Forest Recreation Area

Kenting National Park

Once an undersea coral reef, this forest area is now a quirky landscape of limestone caves, narrow canyons and cliff walls strangled with the roots of banyan trees inhabited by wild macaques. There are stellar views to be had from some of the paths, as well as a viewing tower in the middle of the park. It's one of the most visited places in Kenting National Park, so try to arrive early. Tickets are sold at the entrance.
