This museum dedicated to knives and knife-making is housed in a striking Modernismo Casa del Hortelano with turrets and swirls dating from 1912. The exhibits cover a vast range of knives and scissors, plus audiovisual displays, some amusing, others educational and covering the history of knife making in Albacete. And, naturally enough, the gift shop sells a splendid range of knives and scissors, both national and imported.
