Den Gamle Gaard is a beautiful 1720s timber-framed house arranged to show how a wealthy merchant lived in the early 19th century.

If you can get inside (opening times are limited and change each year), you can peruse 22 rooms full of antique furniture, porcelain, toys and maritime objects.
