Roxanne de Bruyn

Originally from South Africa, I’ve lived in New Zealand for over 20 years. I’ve travelled extensively through Europe, the Middle East and the South Pacific, with shorter trips in other regions. As I’m based in a relatively remote country, I tend to travel for longer periods of time and I enjoy travelling slowly whenever possible. Sampling the local food and wine is also a priority for any trip! 

I’ve studied ancient history and international development, and I love learning about the myths, legends and folklore of the places I visit. I’m particularly interested in cultural tourism and sustainable travel.
