This ever-progressive brewery gives experimental batches of Belgian-leaning styles – farmhouse saisons, strong dubbels and tripels – a Southern kick in the pants, using local ingredients such as wildflower honey, chokeberries and juniper branches. Brewers in overalls, a menacing logo, and pitchfork-and-sickle tap and door handles add intrigue. It takes significant willpower to leave the outdoor patio. There's a decent food menu too.
