Booij Kaasmakers

Making cheese for close on four centuries, this family business specialises in buurenkaas (neighbourhood cheese), which it makes on a farm outside Rotterdam. The company's wonderfully pungent store in the Fenix Food Factory sells its own produce as well as Spanish, Italian, French, Danish and Belgian varieties. It also sells eggs, milk and yoghurt.
