These three modern units share a breezy location a short uphill walk from Muri Lagoon. Each of the three units is decorated in natural wood and bright colours, and are self-contained with a small kitchenette. There's an exceedingly laid-back in-house bar and a plunge pool, and Ariki also offers a Polynesian dinner for guests most weekends (NZ$15).
The good-value accommodation is worthy of its own recommendation, but Ariki Bungalows is also a great option if you're planning to kiteboard or paddle-board while on Rarotonga.
