Modern design meets the old Moorish city wall in this striking space attached to the Caro Hotel. The cuisine is confidently modern, offering excellent visual arrangement and strikingly intense flavours. The degustation menus are definitely the way to go, and service is helpful rather than stuffy. There's a €25 weekday lunchtime set menu, but dinnertime has more atmosphere.
