Housed in a sun-yellow finca, 3km southeast of Santa Gertrudis, long-running Ama Lur is one of the island's best-regarded restaurants and often wins the Ibiza chefs’ own annual 'Top Restaurant' vote. It's quite formal, specialising in exquisite upscale Basque cuisine that includes plenty of fish, seafood and interesting meat dishes, and an excellent (if expensive) wine list. Book in advance.
