About 3km southwest of Santa Gertrudis, Ibizkus is a major Ibizan winemaker (60,000 bottles a year), producing premium rosés and a few reds from old, organically cultivated and largely ungrafted vines, as well as recently introduced whites. From Monday to Friday there are free morning tours with four wine tastings; tapas are available for an extra charge (with notice).
