Tejeringo's Coffee Cafe

Málaga

A tejeringo is a malagueño take on Andalucía's popular churros: it's a deep-fried doughnut, curled into a wheel and usually dipped in coffee (or chocolate). In an attempt to revive what had become a dying churro varietal and compete with Málaga's long-standing temple of churros, Casa Aranda, this cafe has established itself as the essential tejeringo sampler.
