TOPO Belém

Belém

Revive museum-weary eyes at hard-to-find Topo, on the 3rd floor of the Centro Cultural de Belém. The space and river-facing terrace – snagged from the decidedly less hip Bar Terraço by the Topo group in 2017 – provide an attractive spot for sipping liquid courage (cocktails €9 to €10), and there's upscale Portuguese cuisine (mains €16 to €28; executive lunch €12.50).

It's Topo's third location after its bars in Martim Moniz and Chiado.
