TOPO Chiado

Bairro Alto, Chiado & Cais do Sodré

This open-air bar and restaurant is the second TOPO location and has transformed the back of the Convento do Carmo ruins into a surprising lounge space with stunning views of the Santa Justa lift and the Castelo de São Jorge.

You can enjoy an alfresco meal or wind down with one of their signature cocktails (€8 to €9), but it lacks a certain alternative ethos that the original Martim Moniz location possesses.
