Brodburger started as a lakeside caravan takeaway joint. Now it has a permanent location, but the flame-grilled burgers are as good as ever. Not only is there a good range of meat, fish and vegetarian options, but you even get to pick from four types of cheese for the cheeseburger (go for the blue!). A new outlet at Fyshwick's Capital Brewery is booming.
