Great value for its location, Penn's View shows its age – mostly in a good way, as it's on the National Register of Historic Places. The rooms, some with fireplace or balcony, have a quaint style, with hardwood floors and oriental rugs. While river views are nice, the nearby freeway is noisy if windows are open.
Parking is available at the neighboring lot for $28 daily and its Italian restaurant Panorama serves an impressive 150-plus wines by the glass.
