Just what Chivay needed: a hotel right on the Plaza de Armas where you can rest in clean, spacious rooms with very comfy cotton bedding, spotless modern bathrooms and portable heaters to keep you warm. With the attached restaurant serving good set meals and free tea, and knowledgeable staff (including Chivay's former mayor!), you'd swear you were staying somewhere fancier.
