Hostal La Pascana

A good old-fashioned crash pad that will probably seem like luxury after a few days hiking in the canyon. Simple rooms have blankets (thank heavens!) and portable heaters, the staff is gracious and there’s a small but decent restaurant. It’s several notches above the other more modest guesthouses adjacent to the plaza.
