Café La Nicaragüita

León

This friendly little restaurant uses fresh and local produce to make a solid range of menu items: sandwiches, salads, burgers, pastas, steaks and fajitas, to name a few, plus a few Nicaraguan small plates (like tostones, or fried plantain slices) for good measure. Also on the chalkboard: fresh fruit smoothies and icy rum-based cocktails, from mojitos to daiquiris (US$2).
