Cabañas Playa Condesa

Tulum

About 1km north of the T-junction, this group of no-frills, thatched cabañas (cabins) and basic rooms is one of the cheaper options on the beach, though the service sometimes comes up short. All accommodations have private bathroom and you get mosquito nets (believe us, you’ll need them). The coast is rocky here, but there’s a sandy beach 100m away.

Reservations by telephone only.
