The heir to one of Paracho’s most respected family of luthiers, Filiberto Díaz carves acoustic guitars from mahogany, cedar, cyprus and other woods in a workshop founded by his grandfather in 1945. His best work can sell for thousands of dollars. Díaz speaks English and is happy to talk about his craft.
