This venerable sea-to-fork restaurant has been around since 1977 and its reputation as a temple to seafood remains rock-solid. Dishes are executed with flair: Pacific shrimp are served stuffed with smoked marlin and wrapped in bacon, or enchipotlado (baked with chipotle), or with mole, while sweet Teacapán oysters and catch-of-the-day are treated with equal reverence.
