Il Bosco

Top choice in Luxembourg

Opposite the château in the riverside village of Schoenfels, family-run Il Bosco is a diamond find for fresh pastas (try the Il Tricolore, a trio of tomato-, basil- and mozzarella-based varieties), wood-fired pizzas and main courses such as flash-fried calamari, grilled scampi, and escalope of veal with wild-mushroom sauce, all made from scratch and with love. Portions are enormous.

The ivory-toned dining room with black chairs and tables opens to a full-length terrace.
