Abu Yousef

Madaba

Little more than a hole in the wall, Abu Yousef's establishment is part of the fabric of the town, serving fresh hummus and falafel daily to those in the know. Found opposite the parking lot of Haret Jdoudna restaurant, this modest place has supported owner Abu Yousef (now very elderly) and his family for more than 30 years.
