El Saieh Gallery

Top choice in Port-au-Prince & Around

Sharona El-Saieh, daughter-in-law of the gallery's founder and one of the original patrons of Haitian painting is an accomplished mosaic artist. She holds court in the gallery's several rooms which are stacked to the rafters with framed and unframed canvases. Visiting here can be frustrating, as prices are steep, but Sharona seems happy to host whether or not you buy.
