Just off the Route de Kenscoff, this romantic mountaintop restaurant offers the best possible view of Port-au-Prince and beyond. The food is pricey (but decent, with all the typical Haitian favorites, including goat, port and conch, as well as burgers and wings) and service can be slow, but just remember: the point is the glorious view.
