Owned by the same people responsible for Barbancourt rum, this Alpine-esque stone-and-wood cottage sits high in the mountains, surrounded by pine trees. Decorated with lovely rattan art from Jacmel, the cozy rooms are pleasant. One even features a private sauna! The restaurant menu (mains HTG1000 to HTF1600) includes baby back ribs, lamb, and a powerful rum sour.
