Ask many locals which is Lalibela's best hotel, and they'll tell you this place. It's certainly the biggest with 100 rooms, and while it does have a swimming pool and a small spa and sauna, we reckon the tukul-style rooms are fairly average and rather dark. That said, a recent fall in prices makes it reasonable value for the overall package.
