South American–themed bar Bodega takes its cues from the continent for drinks (wines from Argentina and Chile, cocktails made with mezcal, tequila, rum, pisco and cachaça) and cuisine (Ecuadorian rice and king prawns, Peruvian marinated beef steak, Brazilian chicken and prawns in coconut sauce…).
Its winning formula has seen it open across the Midlands, including outposts in Derby, Leicester and Worcester.
