This Bristol-born chain of pie shops has become a local institution. Choose from Deer Stalker (venison and cured bacon), Heidi (goat's cheese and spinach) and Moo and Blue (yes: beef and Stilton). All are drowned in lashings of gravy (meat-free if you wish).
The main shop is on Stokes Croft; there are also outlets in the city centre in St Nicholas Market and at Broad Quay.
