Thali Café

Bristol

At Thali, something of the makeshift exuberance of Indian street food comes to Clifton's hills. Richly flavoured dishes infused with spices include the eponymous thalis (multicourse meals), showcasing different curry styles. To drink? Perhaps a Jaipur IPA, dry gin with homemade tonic, or cup of chai.

Thali now has five Bristol outlets – not bad for something that started as a street food truck at Glastonbury Festival.
