Down an alley off Chongfu Lu, this little hotel has helpful staff and large rooms with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. Thoughtful room decorations include a tea set, calligraphy station and unobtrusive sex-toy vending machine (requires QR payment). The mountain views over Dengfeng are spectacular from the higher floors, and a simple egg-and-bread breakfast is delivered to your door each morning.
At the time of writing, garden views were relatively lacklustre due to renovations.
