You could do a lot worse than Sea Breeze if you need a night or two in Sihanoukville. The rooms are smallish but nonetheless have ample mod-cons and private terrace set snug against a sizable pool. On Otres 1 Beach, it could be surrounded by high rises in a few years, but the lovely beach should still be there.
