The wood-and-thatch stilted bungalows, all but one of which share a bathroom, offer an escape from Otres' construction frenzy. No restaurant. UK-native Clare is a long-time Otres denizen who will be happy to share her thoughts on the changes in Sihanoukville. She plans to keep it open until her lease runs out in early 2022.
