Set around a somewhat bizarre interior courtyard pool, the rooms here are tranquil cocoons above the din of Serendipity Beach Rd, with luscious beds, huge flat-screen TVs, attractive art and appealing grey tones. Unfortunately room rates have doubled amid Sihanoukville's real-estate boom, so it's not quite the deal it once was.
