This new little wine bar, tucked into a city alcove, is as cosy as they come. Wines and spirits are exclusively Tasmanian and exhaustive – there's more than 50 pinot noirs alone – and the soundtrack is as smooth as a good shiraz. The design is simple; it’s all about the wine.

Cheese boards ($19) and small plates ($6 to $12) are available.
