'Local' is correct at this streetside cafe, which sources all ingredients from Tasmania and as many of these as possible from the Huon Valley. The contemporary city fit-out – all plywood, lemon-yellow and grey – is something of a refreshing anomaly in Huonville. Scan the menu for soups, pies, pasties, muffins, toasted sandwiches, wood-smoked bacon-and-egg rolls and dandelion soy lattes.
