It can take a while to get used to fine dining Zambian-style – in a shopping centre with a nice view of the parking lot. But don’t let that bother you, as the food here is reliably excellent. It has huge eating areas with an international menu ranging from steaks to Thai chicken, salads and nasi goreng.
