Patricks has 16 individually styled bedrooms in bold contemporary colours, with art on the walls, fluffy robes and, in some rooms, roll-top baths and sea views. Some rooms are set back in an annexe. Downstairs are the (very good) restaurant in which Patrick cooks (mains £18 to £19) and a bar that practically insists you linger, perhaps with afternoon tea (£18).
There's also a small gym that guests can use.
