This boutique restaurant with rooms has eight gorgeously styled bedrooms in a dignified Georgian townhouse, each decorated by a different local or national artist. With a spa, library and film room, it's one of Ruthin's best sleeps, while the in-house restaurant (open 6pm to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday; two/three courses £25/30) certainly dishes up some of its best food.
