Testament to Bangor's multicultural and student population, Noodle One does great, slurpin' bowls of Japanese and other Asian noodles. It offers a crimson-and-wood interior, friendly service and large portions of well-prepared dishes such as 'Boatman's Noodles' in a hot anise-spiced broth.
