Hayloft Restaurant

Anglesey & the North Coast

The in-house restaurant at Bodnant Welsh Food is more than an afterthought – offering wholesome seasonal dishes such as vanilla-baked beetroot with vegetables and dill oil or sea bass with asparagus-and-pea risotto, it makes great use of both stand-out produce (as much of it as possible from the estate and neighbouring farms) and a smart, A-frame dining room.
