Maxim's has been going for years, but remains a fine lower-midrange choice. The cheapest rooms come without a window, so it's worth upgrading, but all rooms are fresh and comfortable. Spacious suites come with a kitchenette and microwave. The modern ground-floor cafe-restaurant is handy, though the location on a quiet side street is central enough for local restaurants.
