You pass through a motorbike parking lot then negotiate the stairs of a faded HCMC apartment building to reach this wonderful rooftop restaurant. Rogue chickens peck away in the herb garden, Buddhist statues add ambience, and delicious homestyle dishes are served with city views. Service can sometimes be a little too casual, but it's worth persevering for the great flavours.
