Tu Quy

Dong Hoi

This area is famous for its banh khoai (shrimp pancake) restaurants, of which Tu Quy is one of the best. It also does banh cuon (shrimp in steamed rice paper), banh loc (rice dumpling cake) and nem lui (grilled pork and lemongrass skewers). With street-side tables with the river in sight, it's in an interesting area near the market.
