A basement bar with tables in a cosy stone-clad interior and on a quiet side street, Passaguai feels pleasingly under the radar. It's a great spot for a post-sightseeing cocktail or glass of wine – there's an excellent choice of both – accompanied by cheese and cold cuts, or even a full meal from the small menu.
