Guest House Lali-Opa

Khiva

This friendly little guesthouse, located just a few steps outside the West Gate, is firmly aimed at shoestringers. The grungy four-bed dorms share cramped bathrooms and the ramshackle rooms are fairly charmless, but there's a pleasant balcony and what it lacks in character it makes up for in friendly service and plenty of travel advice. Vegetarian meals are available.
