There's a dizzying variety of rooms in this sprawling three-storey, old town edifice, Samarkand's very first B&B. Top-floor rooms have splendid views of the Registan and the snow-capped Zerafshan mountains, while the four small single rooms with a shared bathroom are a great bargain. Breakfast and evening drinks are served on the fantastic rooftop terrace.
