The cafeteria-style setup at the main restaurant in Half Dome Village has all the charm of a train-station waiting room. The quality of the food has improved a tad since the restaurant transitioned from a buffet format, though it's still pretty unexciting. Portions, however, are large and the high-ceilinged, airy dining room makes a good spot for the little ones to run wild.
The dinner prices refer to main, plus two sides and bread. The entire pavilion, including the Peets coffee area, are scheduled for a renovation to be completed by spring 2019.
