White Wolf Lodge

Yosemite National Park

This complex enjoys its own little world a mile up a spur road, away from the hubbub and traffic of Hwy 120 and Yosemite Valley. There are 24 spartan four-bedded tent cabins without electricity and four very-in-demand hard-walled cabins that feel like rustic motel rooms. The generator cuts out at 11pm, so you’ll need a flashlight until early morning.

There’s also a dining room with somewhat overpriced fare and a tiny counter service store.
