This off-the-beaten path gem might be our favorite restaurant in the Mountain State. The memorable flavors create the magic, a result of fresh and locally sourced ingredients, buttery sautees and the oh-so-cheesy toppings. Chef Geoff Krause's signature dish is the potato parmesan encrusted salmon. Four West Virginia beers on tap. There's a long wooden bar in back, where solo diners will do just fine.
